Son of BM and HUMMER

When searching for new versions of car reached me a page where saw a car.. cant be say a car nor a suv nor a cross... Its a cusp.

If Hummer is the father and BMW is the mother, how the kid will be.. it is the Gulf Lotus X12. See the images below.. Spotted in Dubai.

Its not only hummer and BMW but also there is a lot models are hiding it. Make it as a puzzle and find the solution by yourself... But really appreciated the efforts on it.
